Your key responsibilities include:
Handle
**guest check-in and check-out**
Prepare
**reports and statistics**
**Perform daily closing**
and
**pre-accounting**
tasks
**Advise and assist guests**
with all inquiries
**Contribute to departmental goals**
Handle
**guest feedback and complaints professionally**
**Be able.**
Experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar guest-facing role
Hotel management training is a plus
Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Confident working with Opera and comfortable using computers
Resilient, responsible, and a team player
Eager to grow and learn
