Night Audit Manager (m/f/d) – Munich Marriott City West

Work permit for EU/Germany is mandatory.

We are looking for a host who can lead the night team with structure and heart, keeping guests and team in mind while juggling daily requests and events.

Responsibilities

• Complete management of the Guest Journey from booking to departure and billing.
• Professional night shift at the reception, including end‑of‑day duties.
• Familiarity with digital hotel systems and dissemination of digital developments to the team.
• Continuous improvement of the Guest Journey to increase personalisation and efficiency.
• Control of bookings and group invoices.
• Preparation of reports and statistics for the accounting department.
• Regular security rounds to ensure all escape routes are clear.
• Professional and clear communication with other departments (housekeeping, accounting, etc.).
• Guest consultation and complaint management.
• Analysis of guest satisfaction data and implementation of improvement actions.
• Administrative and operational management of the night team in cooperation with the Front Office Manager.
• Development of team members and trainees, including induction and motivation.
• Collaboration with all hotel departments and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant management experience in a front‑office role.
• Professional appearance and charm.
• Strong, empathetic leadership skills.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
• Positive attitude, can‑do mentality and hands‑on approach.
• Team‑player who supports the Leadership Team with expertise.
• Passion for knowledge sharing with the team and trainees.
• Work permit for the EU/Germany.
