The position offers a yearly salary of €26,000 excluding bonuses and a comprehensive relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding gaming accounts and promotions
• Ensure swift and effective resolution of technical issues faced by players
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance player satisfaction
• Stay knowledgeable about gaming products and industry trends to effectively assist customers

Qualifications

• Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in the iGaming industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to living in a new culture
