NRW Area Sales Manager (M/F)

Our client is a dynamic, human‑sized international B2B manufacturer recognized for its high‑quality service and customised solutions. To support its growth in Germany, the company is recruiting a NRW Area Sales Manager .

Mission

Reporting to the International Sales Director, you develop sales and strengthen the company’s presence in NRW by promoting equipment and solutions to local authorities, architects and landscape designers . You manage the full project cycle, from needs analysis to installation follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your client portfolio in NRW
• Act as primary contact for clients
• Respond to public sector tenders
• Promote solutions to architects and landscapers
• Organise and participate in trade shows in coordination with headquarters

Profile

• 5 years’ B2B sales experience
• Experience with public sector clients (municipalities, cities, districts) is a plus
• Technical understanding of client needs and specifications
• Autonomous, structured, strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Willingness to progress in an international high growth organisation

Additional Information

• Regular travel within NRW (approx. 3 days/week)
• Occasional travel to headquarters in France (approx. every two months)
• Workplace: Home office (technical equipment provided)
