Your Role:

In the role of Senior Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high-level design artifacts. You will also assess technical feasibility and identify smart ways to complete clients’ requirements. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore teams, acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

You will be part of the team designing, building, and deploying end-to-end Product Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions using the o9 Solutions platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable technical solutions using IBPL, o9 Reference Models, PL/SQL based data integrations, and Python plugins.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Functional Ownership
• Implement Product Planning processes including:
  • Demand–Supply netting
  • Inventory & safety stock planning
  • Capacity constrained supply planning
  • Scenario simulation & what if analysis
• Support S&OP / IBP cycles with actionable planning outputs
• Translate business requirements into o9 planning models and measures

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • o9 IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language)
  • o9 Product Planning & Supply Planning modules
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Product Planning & Supply Chain concepts
  • SQL / PL SQL (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with:
  • Time series planning data
  • Multi dimensional models

Good to Have

• Python development experience (Pandas, NumPy preferred)
• Experience working with:
  • o9 S&OP / IBP
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Exposure to:
  • Cloud data pipelines
  • Advanced analytics or ML use cases
