Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Occupational Safety Specialist to join our on‑site teams in Germany for Airbus projects .

Locations include Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Inspections & Consultations – Inspecciones, consultoría e investigaciones de accidentes con supervisores, comité de empresa y otros interfaces.
• Risk Assessment – Identificación, evaluación y clasificación de riesgos laborales junto a managers y safety officers.
• Incident Management – Gestión de accidentes y casi accidentes mediante la herramienta FISH Tool.
• Prevention & On-Site Support – Desarrollo de medidas preventivas e investigación in situ de incidentes (tiempo perdido, casi accidentes, etc.).
• Training & EHS Meetings – Formación, campañas de concienciación y participación activa en reuniones EHS.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant hands-on experience in Occupational safety
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• German C1 (will be a plus)
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
