As OCE Strategy Lead, you'll drive the strategic development and optimization of our omni-channel customer engagement initiatives. You'll be at the intersection of digital innovation, customer experience, and commercial strategy – shaping how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients across our key therapy areas.

You’ll be based in our Germany affiliate in Mainz, one of the largest and most strategic markets within International Operations, home to more than 500 employees. Here you’ll be part of the Customer Engagement & Operations / Strategy team, where we’re transforming how we connect with healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders in the digital age. Our focus is on creating seamless, personalized experiences across all touchpoints – ensuring that every interaction adds value and supports better patient outcomes. Your location will be in our Mainz office.
