Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Odoo Developer / Architect who can combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking. ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture: Design robust, scalable technical solutions within the Odoo framework. You will decide how features are built to ensure long-term maintainability.Advanced Development: Handle the most complex backend logic and API integrations. You will be the one called upon when standard Odoo flows aren't enough.Performance Engineering: Optimize PostgreSQL queries and Python code to handle large datasets. You will investigate bottlenecks using profiling tools and optimize Odoo workers.Code Quality & Review: Act as the gatekeeper for code quality. You will conduct code reviews, enforce PEP8/Linting standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines.Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding of the Odoo ORM. Required MasteryPython Expert: Deep understanding of Python internals, decorators, and memory management.Odoo Deep Dive: 5+ years specifically developing in Odoo (v14+). PostgreSQL: You don't just write queries; you understand indexing, query planning, and database transactions.Modern Frontend: Experience with the OWL Framework (Odoo Web Library) and QWeb.DevOps mindset: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx configuration, and automated testing (Odoo Tour/Unittest).
