TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup on a mission to restore the economics of air defence through scalable, cost-effective, AI-powered systems. Our autonomous counter-drone solutions are designed to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers combining expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

At TYTAN, every mission starts with a first impression and that’s where you come in. As our Office Manager , you are the face and the heartbeat of our Munich headquarters. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, partners, and new colleagues - you will shape the daily rhythm of the office, create a welcoming environment for our international team, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Who you are

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a hospitality-related role.
  • You are a people person — approachable, professional, and always ready to support colleagues and guests with a smile.
  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills , with an eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in German and English , both spoken and written.
  • You thrive in dynamic, international environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
  • Experience with office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, HR/admin systems) is a plus.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Be the ambassador of TYTAN — warmly welcome visitors, partners, and new hires, ensuring they feel the unique spirit of our company from the moment they arrive.
  • Keep operations flowing — oversee office organization, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
  • Support leadership and teams — assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Create a vibrant workplace culture — organize team events, foster a positive office atmosphere, and help maintain a space where collaboration thrives.
  • Be the connector — act as the go-to person for day-to-day questions, guiding colleagues and visitors through processes with clarity and care.
