Office Manager for premium travel company (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Our client is a European travel company that specializes in crafting personalized, tailor-made travel experiences. For the management of their Berlin office we are looking for a talented personality for the organisation of the day-to-day challenges in a modern office environment. This is a temporary role until early 2026 - for a start - with the possibility of extension.

  • You are the focal point of contact for all administrative and organisational issues
  • You operate the switchboard and deal with external partners, such as public administration or service providers with regards to invoices, payments or visa enquiries
  • You make the office a great place to work: you manage cleaning services, inventory repair or replacement, IT setups, flowers and the availability of drinks and snacks and other office needs
  • You organise team events and travel arrangements
  • Meet and greet visitors

About you (m/f/d)

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Highly motivated with attention to detail
  • Well organised
  • Operates best without lots of bureaucracy
  • Feeling comfortable in assisting people
  • Understands the importance of professionalism
