Office Manager for the Development of the Italian Market

Our young and fast-growing team in Königs Wusterhausen (near Berlin) has developed the Augletics Eight – the perfect device for home fitness: premium design, versatile, efficient, and quiet. Under the motto “That is fitness.” we aim to revolutionize the fitness market through innovation and performance.

After successfully expanding to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France, we are now entering the Italian market and are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Königs Wusterhausen.

This is an on-site position with an office-first work culture – while 1–2 days of home office per week are possible, the majority of the work will take place in our office near Berlin to ensure close collaboration with the team.

Tasks

• Customer Engagement: Manage communication with Italian customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and service – mainly via phone and email – ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to launch and localize campaigns for the Italian market, including website content, online marketing, and social media activities.
• Sales Development: Support the setup and growth of our Italian sales network to ensure sustainable, long-term success.
• Service & Quality Control: Help establish local service structures and ensure a consistently high quality standard for Italian customers.

Requirements

• Languages: Native-level Italian and fluent English (C1 or higher). German skills are a plus.
• Customer Orientation: Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: High energy, initiative, and the ability to work independently to build a new market.
• Learning Mindset: Open to newcomers with strong motivation to grow with us.
• Location: Willingness to work mainly on-site (around 80%) in Königs Wusterhausen, near Berlin.
• Long-Term Perspective: Motivation to help develop and eventually lead the Italian team.
