Our offices: We are based across Austria, Denmark, Germany and Luxembourg with a HQ in Berlin.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our dynamic team takes care of our offices and the employee experience to support our colleagues in the best possible way. As an Office Manager, you are a central interface to all departments and divisions at the Berlin location. Please note this role is limited for 1 year.

What your work will look like:

  • Your position includes communication with building management, managing the office budget, overseeing our reception area, and internal event management.
  • You are the first point of contact for clients and employees in the office area.
  • You are responsible for office organization, including managing office supplies, handling mail, organizing files, and maintaining various lists.
  • You are responsible for selecting and communicating with external service providers like cleaning, technical support, and maintenance.
  • You assist in organizing internal events.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial, hotel management, or comparable field.
  • Work experience in office organization is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of reliability.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style.
  • Extensive MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) and IT affinity.
  • Business‑fluent Danish and English skills.
