Your profile:

• You are an entrepreneurial personality and have strong leadership qualities
• You coach and support incoming real estate agents in your team
• You are strong in communication and acquisition
• You have excellent location knowledge and not only know the street names in good to very good residential areas, but also have contacts with owners
• You act quickly, efficiently, work independently and precisely and at the highest level

Your tasks:

• With an experienced partner, you are responsible for the real estate shop
• You manage a joint office with a team of independent real estate agents
• You expand the team independently and individually
• You achieve regional market leadership with your shop
