Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

The Corporate Legal & Compliance department covers all legal advice to the Executive Board and the Nemetschek SE and Brand´s specialist departments, as well as corporate governance for the entire Nemetschek Group and the Group compliance management system. The main tasks of the position include the active cooperation and support of the Group General Counsel in all relevant compliance issues as well as the proactive maintenance and enhancement of the existing group compliance management system.

• Continuous maintenance and further development of the Nemetschek Group's compliance management system and strengthening its implementation within the subsidiaries
• Preparation of compliance risk analyses and the further development of internal guidelines, training and controls, particularly in the areas of competition law, anti-corruption, human rights and the prevention of money laundering and fraud
• Conception and implementation of communication measures and training on compliance topics
• Internal contact person for legal compliance issues and responsibilities in the Nemetschek Group environment, e.g. KYC requests, gifts & hospitality requests
• Support and management of national and international projects in the area of compliance
• Contact and sparring partner for the CSR team
• Reporting on the status of compliance activities
• Completed studies in law, economics or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment, including extensive knowledge of compliance (money laundering prevention, anti-corruption, antitrust and competition law)
• Confident demeanor and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, good self-organization as well as a team-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Good IT skills in the common Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
