Tavsan was founded in 1975 and as part of our ongoing expansion and improvement strategy we have opened a warehouse and office in Emsbüren, Lower Saxony. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Emsbüren for an Office & Sales Support (Vertriebsinnendienst) position. The role will involve providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, assisting with accounting tasks, and managing office administration duties.

Qualifications

• Handle calls & customer communication
• Prepare offers & follow up with clients
• Create invoices, delivery notes & order confirmations
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ERP knowledge a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in German and English languages
