Offshore - Cost Control (m/w/d)

We are a leading international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics projects. We are currently executing a major logistics complex as part of a petrochemical development, involving collaboration between our engineering office in Germany and the on-site team in Kazakhstan. Your Tasks:

• Establish a WBS-aligned cost control system; monitor budgets, commitments, and actuals.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze variances and trends.
• Support change management and forecasting; integrate with schedule progress.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance teams on purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and cash flow.
• Provide weekly support for project status and procurement status reports.
• Maintain auditable cost records and ensure contractual/compliance alignment.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in project cost control.
• Strong accounting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent analytical rigor.
• Understanding of EPC contracts, change control, and earned value.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, or German is a plus.
