We are currently looking for an
Engineer for Offshore Logistics (m/f/d)
in the area of technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects.

Your Tasks

• Contributing to the development, planning, and implementation of offshore wind projects (national/international) as well as designing and detailing logistical concepts for wind parks
• Playing an active role in conducting technical due diligence processes and evaluating technical concepts and installation methods for offshore wind projects
• Supporting the development of the department
• Negotiations for logistics and installation services, identifying and coordinating technical interfaces and risks and assisting with scheduling and customer reporting
• Supporting the handling of relevant customs processes and technical contract management, while ensuring compliance with approval and certification requirements (national/international)
• Preparing technical documentation, ensuring contractual compliance, and supervising execution activities (installations and commissioning offshore)
• Participating in industry-specific working groups and research projects (e.g., WAB)

Your Profile

• A university degree in engineering disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. Other relevant areas of study include nautical science, marine logistics, energy and environmental technology, industrial engineering, logistics management, or supply chain management with appropriate specializations
• Three to five years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector
• Basic knowledge of applicable standards and relevant guidelines, with familiarity with the latest technologies
• A strong team player with excellent (intercultural) communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• A reliable, structured work style and process-oriented thinking
• Confident, professional demeanor combined with technical competence and politeness.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and readiness for offshore assignments, if required
