Offshore Service Technician (m/f/d) – AREVA-Technology

Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is the full‑service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Our core competencies include the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms, as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack‑up vessels.

Your Tasks

• Process incoming service orders on offshore wind turbines and report any irregularities and damage by creating the necessary NCRs.
• Always keep an eye on the work instructions and specifications issued by the team leader and ensure accurate and complete documentation of the activities performed, including the required times.
• Responsible for tool maintenance, prepare damage and loss reports as needed, and process material returns to the warehouse.
• Support the team leader in training new employees or temporary workers and consistently implement the applicable regulations regarding safety and order in the workplace and on the wind turbine.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: Completed a professional training in electrical engineering.
• Experience in the wind industry: Several years of experience, ideally in a similar position, and comfortable working at height on wind turbines. Rope access certification (FISAT Level 2 + 3) is a plus.
• Technical expertise: Extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of Adwen AD 5‑116 (formerly AREVA Wind or Multibrid M5000). Potentially added value from day one.
• Other knowledge: Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology and the use of hydraulic tools to help quickly orient yourself.
• Routine: Familiarity with common Microsoft products (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and strong command of spoken and written English.
• Personality: Commitment, flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness: Enjoy being on the move and traveling. Offshore assignments with fortnightly shifts are therefore a given.
