OFFSHORE TEAM LEAD (M/F/X)

• Responsibility for the safe operations on offshore wind turbines according to safety and technical requirements
• Coordination and monitoring of maintenance, service and repair works
• Control of the turbines including switching operations
• Ensuring compliance with occupational hse-standards
• Contact person for service teams as well as for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring the condition of the turbine through regular inspections, incident management and reporting
• Analysis and documentation of operating data, causes of faults and optimisation potential
• Planning and coordination of operations during planned and unplanned shutdowns

The profile of requirements

• Successfully completed electrical education
• Several years of professional experience in the opertaion of offshore wind turbines
• Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines
• Experience in coordinating service assigments and leading teams
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Switching authorization 36kV or higher
• Experience with Siemens and / or Senvion turbines
• Good knowledge of the German or Englisch language
