We formulate holistic strategies for value creation, redesign procurement operating models, and incorporate key elements such as risk management and sustainability in the Supply Chain. Our approach encompasses demand and specifications management, category strategy, supplier relationship management, business partnering, and performance management.

What You Will Do

As an Engagement Manager, you will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking high-caliber individuals with:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
• Extensive expertise in consulting or significant experience in a strategic procurement function within a reputable industrial company
• In-depth knowledge in selected areas such as procurement strategy development, operating model design, cost optimization, and restructuring
• A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English and German is required
• Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record
• Willingness to travel
