O&M Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany.Requirements2-3 years of experience in the development of offshore projects or operational management.Preferably experience in the (technical) negotiation of service level agreements for offshore wind turbines.2 days of presence in Oldenburg and/or Hamburg possible.Experience in the development of O&M strategies and concepts.Preparation of O&M tenders (port capacities, ships, etc.).Support for SMA negotiations.
