Omnichannel Manager*in – Data & Analytics (m/w/d)

Als Omnichannel Manager*in – Data & Analytics (m/w/d) unterstützt du aktiv die digitale Transformation und Umsetzung der Omnichannel-Strategie bei GSK Deutschland. In dieser Rolle entwickelst du datengetriebene Lösungen, um die Effektivität unserer Omnichannel-Initiativen zu maximieren. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Data Science, Business und globaler Strategie – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams und internationalen Stakeholdern.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Design, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Machine Learning Modellen mit Python zur Unterstützung datengetriebener Entscheidungsprozesse
• Datenaufbereitung, -bereinigung und Feature Engineering unter Einsatz von Tools wie SQL und Python als Basis für hochwertige Modellierung
• Training und Evaluierung von Machine Learning Modellen mit Fokus auf Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Business Impact
• Analyse komplexer Datensätze (z. B. Kundeninteraktionen, Kampagnenergebnisse), um Erkenntnisse für die Weiterentwicklung von Omnichannel-Strategien zu gewinnen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Teams, um datenbasierte Lösungen in Einklang mit strategischen Zielen und regulatorischen Anforderungen umzusetzen
• Kommunikation von Projektfortschritten, Herausforderungen und Ergebnissen an interne Stakeholder und Business Partner – von Tech bis Management
• Mitwirkung an Innovationsprojekten (z. B. Advanced Analytics Use Cases zur Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen oder Next-Best-Actions)
• Beobachtung aktueller Technologietrends und Bewertung ihrer Relevanz für GSKs digitale Weiterentwicklung
   

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- und Masterstudium in Statistik, Mathematik, Informatik, Wirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python zur Entwicklung von Data-Science- und Machine-Learning-Lösungen
• Erfahrung mit SQL zur Datenabfrage und Analyse großer Datensätze
• Erfahrung mit der Umsetzung datengetriebener Projekte, inkl. Datenaufbereitung, Feature Engineering, Modelltraining und Evaluierung
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in statistischer Analyse und Datenvisualisierung
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern
   

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden und in cross-funktionalen Teams
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke: Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verständlich zu vermitteln
• Erfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation oder vergleichbar komplexen Unternehmensstruktur
