Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Vertrieb

EGC Energie- und Gebäudetechnik-Control GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an Online Marketing Manager in Düsseldorf, Aachen or Berlin. As a strategic and operational marketing leader, you will manage campaigns, enable sales, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and Vertrieb.

Base pay range

As an Online Marketing Manager, you will combine strategic and operational marketing, Sales Enablement and Brand Management.

Responsibilities

  • Ganzheitliches Kampagnenmanagement : Plan, steer and optimize cross‑channel marketing campaigns (Paid, Social, Content, Events, SEO/SEA) focused on lead generation, reach, and sales support.
  • Demand Generation & Funnel-Steuerung : Own the entire marketing funnel, including lead generation, nurturing, hand‑off to sales, and ongoing optimization.
  • Sales Enablement : Build a central marketing and sales hub (pitch decks, references, case studies, presentations, whitepapers) and refine materials based on data, conversion rates and feedback.
  • Kommunikation & Brand Management : Evolve our brand identity, ensure a consistent, high‑quality communication presence and oversee content creation for website, social media, campaign assets and internal formats.
  • Digital Marketing & Automation : Deploy marketing automation tools, tracking methods and AI‑driven solutions, work CRM‑oriented and use HubSpot for lead qualification, analysis and management.
  • KPI-Steuerung : Analyse campaign, funnel data and lead quality, produce regular reports and derive data‑driven optimisation actions.
  • Reporting & Budgetverantwortung : Manage the marketing budget and report transparently to sales and management.
  • Event‑ & Netzwerkformate : Concept and coordinate events, webinars, partner and community formats to strengthen reach, brand and lead quality.
  • Stakeholder‑Management : Work closely with sales and external partners, coordinate marketing actions with corporate objectives and ensure cross‑unit alignment and consistent communication.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience as Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in a B2B environment, ideally in campaign management and demand generation.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of AI‑driven tools for automation, data analysis and marketing process optimisation.
  • Proven experience in creating impactful marketing and sales collateral.
  • Strong digital channel skills (SEO/SEA, social media, content marketing, performance).
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity and process competence.
  • Excellent German and English proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills and a passion for continuously improving processes.
