CEWE online activity in Italy is still in a start‑up phase with ambitious growth plans. Your main responsibility will be to acquire as many new customers as possible in a profitable way, using all the digital advertising platforms.
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of digital new customers acquisition campaigns for B2C and B2B2C e‑commerce, with a minimum ROAS approach
- End‑to‑end operational management of advertising platforms: Google Ads, Bing and Meta, working independently
- Performance analysis using analytics tools and KPI reporting
- Budget management (forecasting, distribution, reporting)
- Coordination with the creative team and external agencies for the creation of digital campaigns
Profil
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEA and social media campaigns for the Italian market. At least 2 years of experience (agency or in‑house).
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta)
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
- Basic video editing experience preferred
- Cross‑functional collaboration (creative and content teams, exchanges with other digital teams within the company, external agencies)
- Communication:
You are a native Italian speaker with excellent writing skills, very strong English (written & spoken), and ideally some knowledge of German. - Your method:
You are autonomous, a quick learner, accurate and reliable with deadlines, flexible, solutions‑oriented, and enjoy collaborating with creative, content, digital teams and external agencies.
