Responsibilities and skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, order management, or customer operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
• Structured and reliable working style Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Fluent German (required)
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
