We are seeking a highly motivated and well experienced Shop Manager (m / w / d) for our Online Shops in USA, Canada and Australia. In this role, you will be responsible, together with the local teams, for the successful execution of our e-commerce growth strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our consumer. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing our online presence in these countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop together with local teams and your Teamlead growth potential plans and implement initiatives to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
• Support the local Content Teams with content adaptation and realization.
• Manage the eShop on a daily base to ensure a best-in-class experience for our consumers.
• Manage e-commerce related projects, from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and requirements.
• Analyze different data to identify opportunities for business growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in the e-commerce environment and Project Management Experience, emphasis on UX / UI knowledge.
• A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization to improve consumer experience.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Content Management Systems
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.
