On behalf of our client, we are looking for talented personalities for their customer support vacancy in an outdoor activities environment. Outdoor activities take place throughout the year and basically all over the world. In this online shop, one can purchase everything that brings fun and safety to one's life. They sell bicycles, any kind of water boards, ski and sledges, helmets, functional clothing, sailcloth, and much more. If outdoor activities are your cup of tea, this might be your job.
What will you (m/f/d) be doing?
- Take phone calls and reply to product specific questions or take purchase orders
- Advise on deliveries, delays or return of products
- You share your expertise with customers to find the perfectly matching product
- You will take customer feedback and make sure it is forwarded to the right team mate
- You will take care of any backoffice tasks
Who you are?
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Feeling comfortable in assisting clients
- Fluent in Dutch
