Tasks
Only for students with eligibility to Erasmus programs (Mundus, Plus or Pro: "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs"). Without evidence of eligibility for Erasmus grant, applications will not be considered or answered and will be systematically deleted.

For art & science international projects in Berlin (DE) or Saint Martin (FR).
Student with talent & expertise in IT, Graphic Design: Mostly Illustrator, Photoshop, etc... Graphic Designer to join us in the construction of a non-commercial augmented reality platform (AR Application and interactive website) for an immersive, digital experience of artworks and future AR artistic projects. The accepted candidate will work together with the interdisciplinary science and art team of ASN on this platform.
Student with talent & expertise in computer science: You should possess excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, extensive technical knowledge, and good task management abilities. A top‑notch computer technician should be able to optimize systems' efficiency, improve network security, provide timely technical support, and introduce new technology to the organization. The accepted candidate will work together with the interdisciplinary science and art team of ASN.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Talent & expertise in graphic design: Mostly Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Good design and layout skills in animation – creating and modifying 3D assets making them AR/interactive implementation ready
- Expertise in programming with major technologies used by iOS & Android app developers, such as C#, C/C++, Swift, Java, JavaScript, Python, Unity, etc.
- Experience with visual development tools like Vuforia, ARKit, Wikitude, ARCore and others
- Experience with 3D mapping, modelling and animation – creating and modifying 3D assets making them AR/interactive implementation ready
- Experience working with end users and onboarding new users (e.g. artists who will implement their work onto the developed platform)
- Good knowledge of computer science & technologies
Our expectations:
- You have to be eligible for Erasmus funding/support during your study
- Minimum excellent bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science & Technologies, a similar degree or comparable experience; preference for master level
- Ability to create media content for PR & communication campaigns such as images for thumbnails, advertisements, short videos, 3D/VR/AR, etc.
- Excellent English; German, and/or French and/or Polish are appreciated
- Strong motivation for connecting the worlds of art and science
- Deep commitment to ASN ambitions and objectives
Main tasks:
- You will be responsible for graphic designing of AR/VR app and interactive web experience creation (WordPress)
- You will manage PC software & hardware
- You will work as part of an international, interdisciplinary team working on art experiences based on scientific discoveries and innovations
- You will advise, guide and assist the team in the technical aspects of platform development
- You will manage the developed interactive website – monitoring performance, implementing updates and upgrades promptly
Requirements
- Evidence of eligibility for grant of Erasmus funding/support (Note: if you are BA or MA student in Germany, you are not eligible for an Erasmus internship in Berlin!)
- Internship for at least 3 months
- Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity & more
