Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Windows systems and user devices.
• Manage and support devices using Microsoft Intune (app deployment, compliance, etc.).
• Handle end-user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with remote teams for escalations as needed & EUC

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-user IT support at L2/L3 level.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Intune.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
