Within our Supply Chain Excellence Team, you will contribute to strategic transformation projects that deliver measurable business results across global operations.
Independent leadership of project modules or workstreams in national and international transformation projects
Development of robust business cases, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps
Support and execution of improvement initiatives directly within operational areas — including the shopfloor — in close collaboration with on‑site managers and employees
State‑of‑the‑art tools, international teamwork and a results‑driven culture define your daily work environment.
Ensuring the sustainable anchoring of measures through structured implementation, KPI tracking, and capability building within the organization
Application and further development of Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies as part of holistic transformation programs
