YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization
• You create process documentation and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization
• You work on cross‑functional projects, applying a hands‑on approach to implement sustainable solutions from concept to rollout
• You help define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data‑driven decision‑making
• You manage diverse stakeholders by communicating complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different departments
• You lead global project workstreams using Six Sigma, process optimization, or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar operational excellence role, and hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher)
• Methodological expertise: You possess knowledge of Six Sigma or agile frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast‑paced environment
• Analytical skills: You have a background in data and process analysis, allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights
• Stakeholder management: You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments
• Technical skills: You are proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping. Experience with requirements management is beneficial
• Language skills: You have excellent English skills, German skills are a plus
