Operations Specialist – Digital Assets & Treasury

Our partner is a leading provider of digital financial infrastructure in Europe. The company bridges traditional financial processes with innovative blockchain technology – serving institutional clients aiming to scale in the digital asset sector.

Location: Frankfurt am Main (4 days/week in the office)

Attractive salary + 30 vacation days

Your Responsibilities:

• Support daily crypto and fiat treasury operations
• Maintain SSI data and documentation for compliance & audit
• Act as an interface with Trading, Risk, Middle Office & clients
• Support the implementation of new tools & processes

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or similar
• Experience in back office, custody, payments, or transaction banking
• Ideally, initial experience in digital assets / crypto custody
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English
