About The Role
As an Operations Associate – Food Robotics Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and partners who operate our robotic kitchen systems.

This position combines technical support, operational coordination, and customer success. You'll respond to support requests, assist in operating systems, and help guarantee stable day-to-day performance at customer sites. It's a great opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of food tech, robotics, and client operations.

Your Daily Business

• Support daily technical and operational communication with customer partners.
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Assist with troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance activities on robotic units.
• Manage backend tasks such as container handling, stock coordination, and scheduling.
• Capture customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Document operational processes, incidents, and service updates.

Base Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in customer support, operations, or technical environments.
• Hands-on attitude and comfort working with machinery, automation, or digital tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, structured, and proactive working style.
• Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or interest in robotics, automation, or food technology.
• Experience in customer-facing or field-based technical support roles.
• Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
