Your mission

As our Operations Automation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Resourcify – with a focus on making our circularity operations across Europe and the US more efficient and repeatable. Working closely with our VP of Strategy & Operations and our Team Lead Operations, you’ll design and implement smart processes, automations, and internal tools that enable us to grow faster, operate leaner, and deliver a high‑quality experience to more customers at scale. Your impact will extend across other teams and functions whenever internal efficiency or execution can be improved. You’ll be part builder, part problem-solver, and very much a go‑to person for operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

Work closely with the VP of Strategy & Operations as a right‑hand person, helping turn strategy into scalable, day‑to‑day execution.
Identify bottlenecks and manual processes within our Circularity team and design smart, scalable automation solutions to eliminate them.
Champion an AI‑first approach – constantly rethinking how we approach operations, and finding smarter, more automated ways to run the business.
Build, implement, and maintain internal tools and workflows using no‑code/low‑code platforms such as Retool, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, or Make.
Support other teams by delivering cross‑functional automations and process improvements that accelerate internal collaboration and execution.
Drive a data‑driven culture, with a clear focus on creating measurable efficiency gains and operational performance across teams.
Act as an internal multiplier – empowering colleagues to do more with less by reducing friction, removing busywork, and enabling smarter execution at scale.

What you’ll bring along to be successful

You’ve worked in fast‑paced environments (ideally in a scale‑up) and thrive on solving operational problems with scalable, tech‑enabled solutions.
You bring 2–5 years of experience in operations, automation, business ops, RevOps, or a similar execution‑oriented role.
You have a proven track record of creating measurable efficiency gains through smart automation or process redesign – ideally building internal tooling.
You have practical experience building with AI tools and technologies – whether it’s integrating AI copilots, automating tasks with LLMs, or applying the latest AI‑enabled approaches to streamline operations.
You’re fluent in no‑code/low‑code platforms like Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or Retool – and quick to pick up new tools.
You’re a multiplier – someone who enables others to perform better by removing friction and providing the systems and tools they need.
You’re pragmatic, tech‑savvy, and a great communicator who is comfortable working across teams and directly with leadership.
You’re fluent in English (German is a plus), and you bring a growth mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a good sense of humour.
