Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational departments and processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with company objectives
• Analyze data and performance metrics to guide decision-making
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Identify and manage operational risks and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations management or leadership roles
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
• Experience with operational tools, systems, and process optimization
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
