As an Ops Excellence Manager at Otoqi, you’ll be part of the Ops Excellence & Product Team, leading cross‑functional projects to optimize, standardize, and scale our operations across multiple countries. You’ll turn operational challenges into impactful process and product improvements, define and track KPIs, and enable local teams through tools, training, and best practices.
Working closely with Product, Tech, Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and Quality, you’ll deliver solutions that boost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention all while ensuring they are both scalable and adaptable to local needs.
