WHAT WE DO

aescolab provides high-quality blood tests that help you to achieve your best energy level in your daily life.

We believe in a preventive approach to healthcare and support those that feel restricted by exhaustion and a lack of energy to grasp their full potential. Our product combines granular blood-biomarker analysis, tailored lifestyle recommendations, educational content and close support to uncover the roots of fatigue symptoms.

Founded in January 2024, backed by Danish impact fund KRING and headquartered in Berlin aescolab just recently started to build out a strong team to roll out its commercial activitiein the German market.

Aufgaben

YOUR ROLE

• You will work hand-in-hand with the COO and Co-Founder on all things operations and customer support.
• You will support on tasks related to process automation and improved user experience across the whole customer journey.
• You will actively improve existing behind-the-scenes operational processes
• You will be in direct touch with our customers and do everything to make them happy.
• You will support in setting up a tech tool stack that allows us to scale efficiently.

Qualifikation

YOUR PROFILE

• Academical background in business administration or a tech-related field.
• First work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a start-up.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive results independently.
• Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Structured and organized work approach, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to contribute to building a company from scratch.
• Very good English and German language skills
