Join a global technology leader and play a key role in a major product launch program! As an Operations Launch Engineer (OLE) , you will act as an extension of the Product Launch TPM team, ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite test execution and coordinate with operations teams
• Communicate and Escalate onsite issues to Product Launch Managers and Program Leaders
• Audit roles and processes onsite, identify areas for improvement and simplification
• Support operations in training and defining best practices
• Contribute to weekly testing reports
• Collect and triage Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to identify product and process improvements
