Our client is looking for an accomplished Operations Lead someone organised, proactive and skilled at coordinating daily operations, improving processes and leading teams toward efficiency and quality.

About the Role

As Operations Lead, you will ensure that the companys operations run efficiently on a day-to-day basis, maintaining high standards of performance, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. Youll play a central role in shaping and implementing operational processes, supporting staff, and contributing to strategic improvements.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure seamless execution across teams and departments.
• Develop, implement and manage operational policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficiency, compliance and quality delivery.
• Monitor operational performance analyze data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Provide guidance, support and leadership to operations personnel; coordinate their tasks, support team dynamics and ensure resource allocation.
• Manage inventory, resources or services (as relevant), ensuring cost-effective and compliant practices.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g. sales, customer service, logistics, finance) to guarantee alignment and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in operations management, operations lead or similar role (ideal: 3-5+ years)
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills ability to monitor performance data and act on insights
• Leadership and people-management abilities; comfortable leading teams and coordinating across departments
• Experience with process improvement, implementing operational procedures or systems, and managing resources or inventory when relevant
• Excellent communication skills (in relevant languages, depending on company needs) and ability to work in a structured, dynamic environment
