The Operations team in Berlin focuses on creating the largest and highest‑quality e‑bike offering by sourcing, refurbishing, and delivering e‑bikes for a seamless customer experience.

Description

As an Operations Manager, you will own parts of the operational flow, manage warehouse teams, build processes, analyze data, and collaborate with other departments to deliver best‑in‑class experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of warehouse associates and bike mechanics
Design, build, and own parts of the operational flow
Delve deep into data to identify optimization opportunities
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
Set up tools and dashboards to obtain an accurate view of operations
Collaborate closely with the rest of the company to support rapid growth and expansion

Qualifications

Strong academic background in engineering, finance, logistics, business, MINT, or similar
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, or an equivalent field
Fluency in German and proficiency in English
Strong communication and leadership skills, able to lead a small warehouse team
Superior problem‑solving skills; able to manage detail, establish root cause, and analyze data
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and changing environment
Attention to detail and obsession for operational excellence
Readiness to be fully accountable for a complex operational scope
Thrives in a dynamic environment, inclined to operate with flexibility and commit extra steps to get the job done
