Location: Düsseldorf, GermanyRole: Operations Manager *Please submit application in English* About the RoleThe Operations Manager will play a key role in the European service delivery team, ensuring that every robot deployment, maintenance visit, and client interaction runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities🔹 Coordinate and manage end-to-end service operations, from scheduling to quality assurance🔹 Support engineers and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality on-site execution🔹 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients across Europe🔹 Collaborate with the commercial team to align operational capacity with business goals🔹 Recruit, train, and onboard new full-time and part-time team members🔹 Oversee resource allocation, logistics, documentation, and process improvement initiatives🔹 Identify and implement opportunities for operational optimization and efficiency Required Skills and Experience✅ 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, project management, or service delivery✅ Proven ability to plan and execute on-site service operations✅ Strong communication and organizational skills✅ Experience managing both full-time and flexible/contract staff✅ Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)✅ A hands-on, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environmentAdditional experience in robotics, automation, or technical services is a plus.
