Tasks

Community Management & Engagement

• Develop and execute community outreach strategies that foster engagement and growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and facilitating discussions.
• Monitor user engagement, providing timely responses and feedback to nurture a vibrant community.

Data Acquisition & Analysis

• Collaborate with teams to identify key data sources and gather relevant information.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data collection tools and processes.
• Support the analysis of data trends to inform decision‑making and enhance community strategies.

Internal Projects & Process Improvement

• Manage and support various internal projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and best practices.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or related field.

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
