Operations Manager Seal Order Planning & Scheduling (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• You will lead a high-performing team and promote solution-oriented collaboration
• You will be the central point of contact for customers and subsidiaries for organizational and scheduling issues
• You will manage and coordinate the entire order process—from planning to delivery
• You will efficiently direct customer orders to the assembly areas in line with requirements
• You will ensure that assembly and trial runs are carried out on time and in accordance with the customer's desired schedule
• You will be responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a degree in business administration or qualification as an industrial business administrator
• Initial management experience desirable
• Confident manner with strong communication skills and a respectful approach to working with others
• Independent, structured way of working and confident manner
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (PP module)
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Initiative and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
• Good English skills (level B2/C1)
• Confident use of MS Office applications
