Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Manage a portfolio of 3PL fleet partners, including the most complex or high-priority accounts.
• Act as Deputy to the Fleet Account Lead, ensuring leadership continuity during absences and supporting overall team management.
• Negotiate contracts, performance targets, and complex agreements with partners - either in German or Arabic.
• Monitor key KPIs (delivery performance, reliability, safety) and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Coordinate with the Compliance Office on identified issues and ensure full execution of corrective measures.
• Lead partner performance reviews and propose strategic improvements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance) on cross-functional initiatives.
• Cover SiMo (Simultaneous & Monitoring) shifts, organized 7 days a week, ensuring real-time monitoring of partner performance to proactively manage operational disruptions and maintain supply continuity.

Our humble expectations

• 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to manage complex partners and negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and German or Arabic are required - you will handle negotiations and performance discussions with the 3PL fleet partners either in German or Arabic.
