Operations Team Lead, Quick commerce

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high service and productivity standards across receiving, processing, and dispatch functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise inbound activities such as receiving, inventory verification, and storage.
  • Supervise outbound operations including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while meeting operational KPIs and deadlines.
  • Train and mentor team members, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to maintain high service and productivity standards.

A day in the life

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations by managing team performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
  • Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
