Opportunity in Berlin | Sales & Marketing Agent (Dutch C2)

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients in the digital space
• Advise clients on how to improve their online advertising performance
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell marketing solutions
• Analyze campaign results and provide strategic recommendations
• Work closely with clients to maximize their return on investment
• Be part of a high‑impact team shaping how businesses grow online

Requirements:

• Dutch C2 (fluent) is mandatory
• English level B2 or higher
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing is a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Must already be based in Berlin

Compensation package:

• Base salary: €2,750/month +
  • Language bonus: €300/month
• Performance bonus: up to €687.50/month
