Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to implementing solutions from requirements analysis through to operations.
• Operate and continuously develop our Oracle databases in Microsoft Azure.
• Perform error analysis and resolution within Oracle and provide support on database-related issues.
• Take charge of system maintenance (performance optimization, patching, data backup) as well as the ongoing development and documentation of operational processes.
• Play an active role in the design and implementation of migration or modernization projects.

Profile

• Experienced Database Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, PL/SQL programming, performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex database environments.
• Ideally, experience or strong interest in modern cloud database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL).
• Structured, analytical, proactive manner, with high level of initiative and quality awareness.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete profile.
