Job Description
- Processing service orders
- Customs import processing for goods arriving from third countries
- Goods receipt processing
- Scheduling orders and tracking deadlines until delivery
- Checking order entries and initiating and tracking any necessary corrections/adjustments
- Collaboration with the relevant internal interface departments (warehouse, production, service, planning) as well as global group colleagues and customers
- Shipping processing, including customs clearance for exports
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training (preferably as an industrial clerk)
- Ideally, several years of experience in a production company, especially in export processing, import knowledge, and shipping
- In‑depth knowledge of shipping and customs clearance
- Proactive cooperation with all relevant interface departments
- Experienced working with an MRP system and the MS Office package (Excel, Access)
- Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in collaboration with many internal and external contacts
- Customer‑oriented behavior
- Interest in dealing with complex issues
