Job Description

• Processing service orders
• Customs import processing for goods arriving from third countries
• Goods receipt processing
• Scheduling orders and tracking deadlines until delivery
• Checking order entries and initiating and tracking any necessary corrections/adjustments
• Collaboration with the relevant internal interface departments (warehouse, production, service, planning) as well as global group colleagues and customers
• Shipping processing, including customs clearance for exports

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training (preferably as an industrial clerk)
• Ideally, several years of experience in a production company, especially in export processing, import knowledge, and shipping
• In‑depth knowledge of shipping and customs clearance
• Proactive cooperation with all relevant interface departments
• Experienced working with an MRP system and the MS Office package (Excel, Access)
• Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills in collaboration with many internal and external contacts
• Customer‑oriented behavior
• Interest in dealing with complex issues
