Order Engineering Trainee (mft)

Objective:

Design of mechanical seals for compressors mixers and seal gas boosters.

Our two-year trainee program offers:

• Special emphasis on mechanical seal design for compressors mixers and seal gas boosters.
• A cross-departmental assignment with a focus on applied engineering work
• Development and optimization of new products in cooperation with the test field and R&D departments
• Active involvement on the 3D SolidWorks implementation
• Systematically analyze data to uncover areas for improvement.
• Participation in challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects of the overall site
• Participation in additional qualification measures (product training project management lean training engineering software PLM ERP)
• Continuous support from a personal mentor

Your qualification and experience profile:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Knowledge in the field of rotating equipment thermodynamics and design engineering is an advantage.
• Hands-On mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects
• Programming knowledge (VBA or similar) is desirable.
• Very high level of self-discipline as well as organization
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs as well as CAD (SolidWorks AutoCAD Inventor) CAE (ANSYS)
• High level of commitment and flexibility as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm
• Customer oriented action
