Tasks

• Compilation of materials and production documents for production orders
• Assignment of documents to the production orders (e.g. working papers, project accompanying notes)

• Support of work planning in the development of work systems:

• Preparation of workplaces

• Marking of unloading points and production supply areas Removal of material from the production warehouse and provision at the test facilities

• Provision of transport trolleys from assembly for the external logistics company

• Guidance of fitters on SAP booking issues
• Monitoring of the planned material supply at the workstations
• Monitoring and escalation of shop floor management tasks
• Execution of material movements and postings in SAP
• Control of defective parts to the quality management system
• Support in the processing of production orders in SAP by correcting incorrect postings, creating rework processes

Requirements

• Completed subject-specific vocational training of at least 3 years
• Several years of professional experience
• Advanced basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R-3) MM, PP
• Automotive, forklift and crane driver's license
• Technical understanding
